我选了A 不过觉得 D也可以削弱虫子减少的假设啊，鸟儿飞到别的地方应该算另外一个原因，故可以削弱Scott 的原因吧？

选项A是 表明，另外一中鸟不吃虫子（原因和SCOTT不同）但是同样减少数量了（相同的鸟的数量减少的结果）  这是典型的异因同果的削弱

选项E 是说这种鸟已经开始向别的地方迁徙了，这个原因导致了现在数量的减少。
      这是对KATE理论他因型的解释，这个选项可以使SCOTT解释的结果（比如，新迁徙的地方虫子多），这样就是对SCOTT解释的加强，而不是削弱
