First of all let me say that two years experience is a bit on the low side. If you want to have good chances, then you really need at least one more year experience (two would be even better). Which is good, because for an MBA your TOEFL score is very low. If you want to get into one of the top 20 schools, you will need a 105+, and even Tier 2 schools will likely require more than an 89. I'm guessing also that in your GMAT you probably did much better on the Quant section. So the good news is that with one more year, if you work hard on the TOEFL, the English improvement you will gain will probably help you a LOT when it comes to retaking the GMAT, which I would suggest you do, even if a 670 is a very good score. Since I think you should wait one more year anyhow, you have the time, and I always suggest applying to the best school possible with the best score possible.
