政府会提供补助去补充薪水低于assistance的部分，但是不会超过assistance
所以对于这部分人来说，从financial上讲，工作不工作没有区别这是作者的观点

C选项从long term来讲，虽然短期没区别，但是长期的话增加工作经验还是可以让长期薪水提高，所以是削弱

哦原来是这样。也就是说现在虽然低，但是那些现在有工作的人以后可能会找到薪酬更多的工作，那就能超过assistance了？  谢谢。有点明白了。

长期对工人还是有利的
所以他们还是会选择被雇佣
虽然短期内工作不工作领得薪水都一样
