Hello there!
First of all congratulations on getting both these accepts. Many people would be happy to have the same "problem" as you. I have to say that it is very hard for me to tell you where to go without knowing you, because that is a decision you really need to make for yourself based on your personal preferences and your career goals. I admit that the higher ranking plus dual major can be very attractive, as the additional technical skills can be something that can add value to your profile as you progress in your career. Whether or not that is worth it to change your personal decision is up to you. What I can suggest is one of two things: 1. Visit - if you can, even if it seems expensive, try and visit. I mean you will be spending two years of your life in one of these places, and going to see what the campus, the people and the cities are like can really help you be happy with your decision. 2. Since ultimately your goal is professional, think about it in professional terms - which places have better hiring statistics? which school has better on-campus recruiting? what do current students and alumni say about their school's career services?? Try and speak to people in the system if you can, and I think this will most help you make the right decision.
