1.be affected by a firm’s strategic mission (its fundamental approach to increasing sales revenue and market share, and generating cash flow and short-term profits).  故此A,B,C在同一层面上;.”  Additionally....又加上了D,此选E理由之一

2.Conversely之后的内容是说在"build"策略的公司,individual leadership才可能导致adhere to plan(句中的may可以说明一点问题),换句话说decision sharing会导致deriviate from plan,但并没有说在这类公司采用decision sharing 的可能性就比较小.

中，两种Strategy(build & harvest)不是与公司应用DECISION-SHARING 在developing strategic plans有关，而是与公司应用DECISION-SHARING在adhere to plan的时候有关。在 harvest Strategy 时，公司容易就某一具体问题通过decision-sharing达成一致，来adhere to (harvest strategic)plan；而在build Strategy时，公司往往采用个人领导力，而不是decision-sharing来adhere to (build strategic)plan。换句话说，在 developing strategic plan时，decision-sharing的应用文中并没有提。develop strategic plan 和adhere to plan并不是一回事。

部分同意这个观点，但我的理解稍微有些区别。我觉得重点需要分析这个句子

“Additionally, managers under harvest strategies may have fewer strategic options than do those under build strategies; it may therefore be easier to reach agreement on a particular course of action through decision-sharing, which will in turn tend to promote adherence to plans.Conversely, in a “build” strategy scenario, individual leadership, rather than decision-sharing, may promote adherence to plans.”

这句话说明build型策略的公司和harvest型策略的公司都会employ decision-sharing，但是harvest型策略的公司采用decision-sharing时更容易reach agreement；而build型策略的公司用individual leadership更容易reach agreements，从而adhere to plans，注意这里只是文章提出这种模式，并没说build型策略的公司不采用decision-sharing。换句话说，文章并没提到到两种公司采用decision-sharing的可能性，只是提到到两种公司采用decision-sharing时对adherence to plans的效果。
