OG第5篇阅读第16题的答案不是很明白.

可以理解的是Scholar的观点是和文章的观点不一样，sholar认为Garvey gives the consciousness of identiy, strength and sense of history.
不过我不明白为什么答案是sholar认为garvey要 change prevailing attitude to foster his movement?
