额。。。看错了。。是选E，但是还是觉得C正确啊。。。

E是说，老人的生活状况取决于G+C给的钱，现在G给的多了，C给的少了，所以没改善。
A如果仅依赖G，那么随着G增加，生活将会改好。
C没有说他们必须买的东西变贵了，说他们买价高的东西，其实是一种生活状况的改善。
