答案选C。题目说已建的公司集中精力在保护他们以有的。结果他们就不创新了,而且低估了其他公司创新的作用。请问C怎么解释呢?

C说的是一个曾经很成功的滑尺制造商对新推出的电子计算器做出的反应是企图改进做出更好的滑尺。

创新的含义是造出不同的新产品。做出更好滑尺不是创新是在已有的产品上改进。所以成为选项。

不过我觉得虽然能解释得通,这个选项本身不是很好。

在所有选项中,我是一眼认定这个C的,而且基本这个答案非常明显,没有其他选项具备条件,所以这题基本不具有迷惑性
