Yes. You should apply now.

If you can not access the computer easily, you can also download the application forms, print them out, fill them in and mail to the school.

Now, many schools offer the online application option (some charge you less application fee for the online version of application!) . I suggest you to apply onlie as you can edit the content as many times as you want, save some postal charge and know your status online easily after you submit the application.
