关于105 还是有点迷惑

题目说的是，对hypertension 的治疗可以预防strokes and heart disease，但是节省的（用于以后可能治疗strokes and heart disease）的钱只占治疗hypertension所需费用的1/4，所以预防hypertension是不划算的。（Therefore there is no economic justification for preventive treatment for  hypertension.）

正确答案A说的是：未治疗hypertension而导致的strokes and heart disease对于医药费用的支出不是很显著，但是large economic losses of other sorts.
它否定的是“治疗”hypertension而不是“预防”hypertension的无意义。

怎么理解呢？

"preventive treatment ": preventive is modifying treatment, indicating the treatment for  hypertension has the nature (or purpose) of preventing sth.

是不是主要错误在于e选项中的commission。

e is no relative with the topic. In the artical, there is nothing about the joint between US and foreign.

其实其他几个选项都可以用排除法就弄出来的。 more common 和less common从第一句话里就读出作者的态度了。

这题WEAK的对象应该是medical expenses。题目说预防中风的节约的medical expenses不高，所以WEAK时可以举例说节约的其他economic losses高。
