First of all, ask yourself what's the point of group interview.

It's a great opportunity for AdCom to access your...
1) communication skills
2) teamwork/leadership
3) people skills

Do NOT dominate the meeting. Let's face it, every good meeting should come with only one leader. And you dont have to be the leader to stand out in the group interview.

Remember, leadership is NOT just about leading the meeting.
Think about how to facilitate an effective meeting. Be a good listener, be respectful, be open-minded, and be friendly.

Relax, and be yourself.

都说了是pilot，显然是实验性质的，不需要紧张了。没收到通知的也不必气馁，这批人本来就是学校拉去做实验的，真正的考核性面试还是一对一，否则有失公允。Ross不会这么不专业。
