t is very complicated to define whether this is right or wrong.Because the statement contains three factors relevant to the final decision--the frequency of refreshing knowledge,the format to renew the knowledge and the content for learning.Since the best way is always the one to exploit these factors comprehensively and timely,I strongly believe that it is not likely for teachers to refresh their knowledge every five years by attending a lecture.Several points in different dimensions will be主动 demonstrated and explained to testify my perspective.


First and foremost,the frequency --five years one time--would no longer be effective for teachers to satisfy their students' thirst to learn.Under such fast-paced development of society,it is very common to see great inventions today are replaced by more promising products tomorrow.If teachers identify that only five years one refreshing would be enough,they will face a dilemma about how to lead their students to succeed continuously.What's more,if teachers just repeat what they have learned without learning anything new more frequently,they would soon make classes tedious and inanimate,which will definitely cause lack of teaching motivation and teaching efficiency sooner or later. Therefore,I am determined to support that teachers should be prepared to renew their knowledge constantly.


Another crucial element worthy to mention is that taking courses is really out of fashion.Everyone nowadays have access to the internet easily.It's very convenient to familiarize those useful information on your own.The saved money and time could be used to relax or communicate with the students they are teaching,which is another beneficial way to enhance students' behavior in classes.Even though taking courses is easier for the administration to manage the staff,a series of problems occur at the same time:what time and which place are available for all the teachers to take assigned courses?what about the fees and tuitions related to the courses and who is qualified for teaching those teachers and so on.Just as individuals' energy and time is limited,a school should only focus on the inevitable innovations to increase the quality of education and general routine affairs,leaving teachers free to choose the way to enrich themselves.

Finally,I would like to emphasize that although it is inevitable for teachers to learn something new in certain subject,the teaching skills,the interaction with their students are even more significant.In other words,teaching needs experience.While the content which need to be mastered by teachers the most desperately is indeed the hardest thing that could be taught.And that's the reason why outstanding teachers are always cherished so much.


In conclusion,considering the whole influencing factors above,I firmly dispute the opinion that teachers should refresh their knowledge every five years by taking courses,everyone has his own learning characteristics and it tends to be more viable and practical for one to explore his own teaching style rather than being taught.跟题目哦好像有点偏
