两次prep 模考V38，GWD基本都错在12-13个，语法错误率不高很欣慰。。。。但是！！！

一点也不矛盾

lack of profitable crops是现状  所以城里多了很多农民工

结论不是说如果减tariff会妨碍降低城市失业率么？

只要种crop有利润 农民工都回去种地了 城里的失业率也就容易降低了 所以还是可以减tariff

上面是从逻辑上说如何不矛盾

其实也可以从语法上看

more farmers could profit 是虚拟语气 A lack of profitable crops is 是现在事实

所以 也是不矛盾的
