关于推荐表格的一个问题，好像前人未有提过：（

请问，推荐表格上需要教授打沟的得哪些项目，例如managerial potential之类的，如果作为我某一学科的教授不可能了解怎么办？是否选择no basic for judgement?还是选些比较光鲜的答案？：）

此外，表格教授是叫我填的，那些选项的选择有没有技巧，比如填多少是top5%,多少是top10%,等等了，还是都能填最好的？

If your recommender can't exactly answer the question or requirement?try to find another one who knows you better.

the choices amongs top5 or top10,which should based on the samples of the group you involved in.for example, you asked your professor to recommend you, and there are 100 persons in his class, top5% means you are the best 5 persons.
