A选项尽管说了D的瓶子用金色做背景，结合D的标志是金色的，也无法推出瓶子容易混淆。因为无论是选项和原文都没有说M的标签或背景是什么样的。如果M的背景是黑色的，无论D的背景是不是金色，只要不是黑色，都可以区分。而D选项一出来就直接秒杀了。一般的消费者只通过瓶子最明显的部位区分。无论用什么背景，只要瓶子相似就不行。
