英国的master研究生需要送分么？

本人一直关注北美。。。所以对英国的研究生不大了解
目前已经提交爱丁堡banking and risk和华威finance的申请，正在搞LSE master's of management
请问华威和伦敦政经需要送official report么？
仔细看了一下学校网站。。。。没怎么看懂。。。

LSE的网站上说：

You only need to submit the official scores if your application is successful.

For TOEFL you will need to give ETS our institution code which is 0972. ETS send us test scores in weekly batches.

For IELTS you can submit your Test Report Form number. We can then use this to verify your score via the IELTS website.

The sooner we receive your official score, the faster your offer can be confirmed, so it is in your interest to arrange for your score to be sent to us as soon as possible.

所以说申请完了就要送分咯？只有送了分才能知道录没录取？不送分就永远都不会拿到offer？
还是说等拿到AD之后再送分？

求解释。。。
这段话看了十分钟愣是没看懂。。。

关于GMAT
All applicants applying for the following programmes starting in 2013/14 must submit GRE or GMAT test scores regardless of where they have studied thier undergraduate degree. Whilst there is no deadline to submit your scores, applications will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed by a selector until the relevant test scores have been submitted.
这里的submit是什么意思呢。。。
是指从gmac送分还是自己upload一个扫描件就行了。。。

恩那 请问亲等学校的ID等了几天呢？ 我正在焦虑的等待中。。。
亲是自己上传的推荐信还是让学校email老师上传的？
我自己上传了扫描版的推荐信，又在后面选择了email老师 但是我的老师说没有收到邮件上传。。。
我问了小米。。小米说再等等。。无语。。
