Lately the U.S. companies have beening already seeking for business opportunities in Burma right after the investments of cocacola and peipsi-co. Visa and Master credit cards already get into Burmanese markets. And Obama visited Burma and promised he will bring some investment to Burma shortly.

Many countries are looking for a better fiscal policies to get their financial problems done. Especially Eurozone and the T.S. found whether it will be a good way to increase tax and cut down spendings? The taxes are higher in some countries of Europe than that in America.

Countries are not competing with spendings. The situation is quite different country to country. The spendings take various percentage ranges of GDPs of some countries. And an expert does not think the relationship between social spending and GDP is weak.

The policians of Spain are trying to find out better ways to handle the problems. The passage describes the condition about the national spending and tax of America. And it also makes comparison of the tax condition between America and Euro zone.
The passage argues on the relationship between the government spending and GDP
In Spain, the economy has worsened since the conservative party came to office in 2011. And the Social Party blamed the counterparty for failing to accomplish its primary promise. A lecturer in London said that the measures are right in the long run but some of them are taken too quickly.
MAIN IDEA: The passage introduces the concept of antifragile.
