“Antifragile” is a new term invented by the author of …, NNT. It serves as the opposite of fragile and means something that could grow stronger under stress.
Antifragile is necessary for gaining success, because today’s world is full of uncertainties. We should try to benefit from uncertainties but not avoid bad events.
Actually, bad events contain useful information and could teach us perform better in the future. However, people always try to avoid unexpected events. Stability could be harmful because it let risks to accumulate. The same thing also happens to career.
