不是的，是在问你怎么用你的leadership style来contribute to school AFTER you get admitted，是将来时。

刚才看到一句话，觉得说的特别好，跟大家来分享下：

我当时想的是，how to be a leader for business and society. 总结下以前做过的事情，思考下哪些是自己希望在接下来b-school和以后工作中继续发扬光大的

认同楼上的，但是这篇essay的难点在于，300字之内既要写Style，又要写以前的事情，又要写未来的contribution. 那原题中的“give an example...."到底是要花重笔墨写一个已经做过的事情，还是只集中笔墨写一个预计未来会发生的故事呢？

其实，未来的、尚未发生的事情，我实在不知道怎么浓墨重彩地写，一般都是发生过的事详细写，对未来的设想简略写。。。不知道怎么才能反过来。。。

不过看了很多关于leader的东东，一般就是leader的责任，企业的责任，像ls的ls说的。并不是style啊。。。style应该是写用什么方法去领导他人吧。那么又怎么以领导他人的style来contribute呢。。。

Leadership是一个很广义的词，你更多的是想自己如何在团队中做事，发挥积极作用等。Mr Goizueta said a good leader is to lead without being a lead. (参照原文，此处记忆有所出入了。。。）

我给AO邮件问过，这道题是不是要说未来的一个事例，答案是肯定的。
所以我觉得，不要浪费笔墨在过去的事情上，毕竟就300字~~

我觉得goal被肢解为三小篇，真心很难安排。感觉都是一环扣一环的，硬给拆成平均的150字/篇，写得我很难受。

Couldn't agree more!! "Why MBA at this time" was placed first, but I can't discuss this without stating my short term goal first. So I'm going to put the "What's your short term goal" onto the first page of my essays so at least I can develop the goal first. Since it was point form, not in ABC order, I'm assuming it's order to switch around the order of questions a bit?
