越障： Both India and China are experiencing their downturns and facing reform challenges. There are urgent need for openness of foreign investment in India and for scaling back in state enterprise in China. However, the reform step is still so slow to catch up in both countries.

Main Idea：
Both India and China are in their middle of economy downturn. Since the world economy is suffering great a lot and both Europe and the US have large market in India and China, the reform in these two countries will largely decide the future economy trend.
