PUTIN shows complacency for serveral cases.

one is about a verdiction agains two women in a certain crime event.
another case helps Pution to maintain his complacency is the Euro criis. The crisis probably shows that getting more countries to European union is a little bit too fast.
He said the reform is not an urgent thing needing considering immediately

But his idea is deem harmful for the countries economics. because the corruption is happening, the unfaireness dispell capital out of the country. Even the money of the officials themselves.
