吃不准题目啊，而且在第二篇关于professional achievement的essay中已经讨论了leadership的我，在这第三篇要如何继续…………？？

This question is actually asking for PROFESSIONAL experience.

lz, 我家那个也在报emory goizueta。觉得既然是工作上的，那就主要要突出你的leadership skills。就算你不是老板，但是你有make an impact, show interpersonal skills, communication skills, taking initiative什么的。

aha.. you are right!! I think I was answering another question here, and wrote you a  different post! So let’s focus on this professional experience question, now. So I think here when choosing your experience, the best place to start is with the END – meaning with the results. Think to yourself “What achievement do I have with the most impressive results?” Then, I think your approach should be a DRAMATIC one. And in order to have drama, we need a PROBLEM or a CHALLENGE….
And this is a very good place to start the essay. Once we understand how hard things are, then you can go ahead and tell us what you did. And then you finish off with the results.  I think this is a very nice approach that can work for most acheivment essays. Hope this helps ？
