我一开始也觉得是加强，后来我使劲儿想，现在想着是不是因为甲烷要是不燃烧的话同样就存在在那儿，燃烧掉的话就转化成二氧化碳，相比之下，还是转化成二氧化碳造成的温室效应比较小~~这样就削弱了

不知道我的理解对不对~

proposal说应该让甲烷燃烧发电，objection说这样燃烧会产生更多二氧化碳，所以削弱objection是应该说明如果让甲烷排放会比CO2排放更不好，造成更严重温室效应（即宁愿排CO2也不排甲烷）。这里要注意其实是在比较甲烷和CO2这两个东东
