看完自己写的太恶心,实在是没法原谅自己。怒大换学之。

When compared with job and social life, which are two indispensable ingredients of human beings, many people may prefer social life more because social life can easily be associated with relax, pleasure, new friend, excitement, etc. From my point of view,  job, would bring me more happiness than social life.

First and foremost, Job could fulfill us in every aspect of our needs, thus it can bring us much more pleasure than social life. A famous psychologist Abraham Maslow has revealed the motivation of human beings, in his hierarchy of needs theory. He states that people are pursuing essentials to survival, safety, love and belongings, esteem, and self-actualization. Through working in an organization, one can always find his belongings. If the one have solid knowledge and skills in that he can dominate his job, then he could get esteem from others in his field. Finally, through promotion and recognition, one may achieve self-actualization by diligent work.

Moreover, the happiness brought by job tends to be longlasting while that brought by social life usually transient. work time accounts for most of the time of a grownup. Diligent work would always fulfill us by achievement and accomplishment. Take me as an example, last semester I joined a part-time job to be assistant of my professor, working on a project regarding valuation of a firm. I'm totally caught by my job because this field is so attractive and it's such a satisfaction each time I got progression of the project. I don't even want move when I sat down and concentrated on my project, let alone went to social. On this basis, job plays a more important role in satisfying people.

To be objective, I'm not saying that job would gratify us better than social life all the time. In some circumstances,  social life may please us in a better way. For example, one has been working hard for the past year thus kind of exhausted and under pressure, going to social would be a good choice for him to relax, instead of working more.

To sum it up, in most cases and in the long run as well, a desirable job would make us happier than social life.

The professor indicates that Jane Austen is not the subject of that portrait, which contradicts directly to the points the reading material made.

Firstly,  professor contends that by the time Austen's offspring gave the permission, Austen has died for 70 years. So those Austen's families never see her themselves, let along recognize her in the portrait.

Secondly, while the passage believes that the face in the portraits resembles the one in Cassandra's sketch, the professor argues that the any female offspring of Austen may resembles that one in her sister's sketch. To be specific, the professor explains that the extend families of Austen are huge and there's a lot of female teenage in them, anyone of them may looks alike Austen.

Third,  rofessor claims that everything other than style does not seem to be Ozias's masterpiece. What's more, there's clearly some stamp in the portrait, which is made by William. However, such stamps did not introduced into England until Austen had been 27 years old. This directly oppose to the point the passage make, which claims Jane Austen was a teenage then.

Due to those  points made in lecture, the professor believes Jane Austen is not the subject of the portrait.

10月26 独立 Nowadays, it is much easier to achieve success with help from one’s family than what is like before.

Admittedly, under the complexity of today's society, too much factors have been associated with success than they did in the past. Amont all this ingredients to one's success, family is the among the most important factors, if not the most.

First and foremost, families offer people especially young people a better platform for education then they did ever before. Parents in today has more conscious in terms of importance of education than they did before. A small example may give some light to this point, when I was a kid, my father told me his experience of losing opportunity to school when he was a kid. So he was really strict on my coursework and pay a lot of attention on building my personalities, such as patience, diligence, and perseverance, etc. As a result, with such thoughtful parenting education, young people in this generation are more likely to succeed than before.

Second, parents in today are more willing to and more capable of giving their descendants' financial support than they did before. It is no doubt that the cost of education in today account for a significant portion of budgets of families. Thanks to the development to society, most of the families however, could afford such cost of education. Their children could concentrate on improving studies and cultivate skills without worrying about burdensome financial pressure. Thus they have a easier access to success than those students in the past, which have about falling into starvation and property.

Third, It is family members that could offer their children a better networking system than they did before, which has been a crucial determinant in today's society. For example, Bo Guagua, who is the son Bo xilia, the governor of Chongqing Province of China, easily got the admission letter from both Oxford University and Harvard University. While his academic performance may not competent for a admission from top university, the networking of his father helped a lot.

Sometimes it may hard for us to notice what changes the family has brought to us. Actually our families been contributing to us since we were born. We have a strong and healthy body because parents learned carefully how to make nuitrient food for us, we can reading at a bright and cozy room, without thinking too much about external pressure because of the sacrifice of our parents.

To sum it up, according to we have argued above, it's may barely arbitrary to conclude that we could easier to get succeed than ever before only if we take good advantage of resources given by our families.

The professor listed three reasons that ethanol fuel would be a good alternative for gasoline, which contradicted directly to what the passage suggests.

First, while the passage contends that ethanol does not perform better than gasoline in terms of environmental protection, the professor argues that plants, from which ethanol fuel are made, could counter act the carbon dioxide release by absorbing those carbon dioxide as their nutrients. Thus the amount of carbon dioxide the plants intake would remove the adverse effect of that amount of carbon dioxide released from the usage of ethanol fuel.

Second, the professor continues disputing the passage by claiming that usage of plants to get ethanol would not affect the feed of animals. To be specific, the parts of plants that are used to produce ethanol fuel are those parts inedible to animals. Thus, the availability of source of food for animals would not be influenced at all.

Third, the professor admitted part of the point presented in the passage that it is the tax subsidies that makes the current price of ethanol relatively cheap. Based on the prediction that price would be driven down when there is more demand and thus more production, he believes that the price of ethanol fuel would be as competent as gasoline in the future. He even gave a specific prediction. He said that the price of ethanol fuel would dropped by 40% if production boost three times as current level.

Based on these details and explanations, the professor strongly holds that the ethanol fuel would be a well-suited alternative of gasoline.

10.31独立 Young people nowadays have no influence on decisions that determine the future of the society as a whole. A\D

Young people nowadays are playing vital role of almost every aspect of society. Some elites among these youngsters have shown their excellence and aspiration in altering the future of the society. But as far as I am concerned, they still not influence the determination of future of the society.

To begin with, though a significant amount of youngsters today are enjoying the best education and have achieved relatively solid knowledge and skills in their field, they still need more experience to be qualified for making decision in terms of the whole society. The example of U.S.education system may give some light to this point. The most distinguished universities always ask for work experience for their applicants especially in some practical fields such as business, public policy. Under this basis, many students have been rejected even though some of them have perfect academic performance. That's illustrate the importance of experience in those pivot fields, which need fresh men take years to fill up.

Youngsters also have some disadvantage in their characteristics when compared with grownups, which would hamper their ability to make right decisions for society. Young people tend to be more emotional, more impatient, and less mature, which make them inappropriate in big decision making. For exmaple, the constitution of China states that citizen have to be at least 55 years old to be eligible for Chairman of the China. Young people just need more time in practice to foster their qualities. A mature man should be responsible, rational, pressure-bearing in his field.

To be objective, some elites among young people have shown their talents and potential in leadership. Some of them have have some influence in their surrounding. May be they're capable of altering the world in the future, however, they still far away from determining the future of the society at this moment.

To sum it up, youngsters today need more time and more practice to be eligible in making decision on behalf of the whole society.

The professor contends that the size of birds population would not be declined as the passage indicates.

First, the passage suggests that increasing human population always come along with more exploitation on wild areas, which threaten the habitats of birds. The professor, on the contrary, argues that only some of the birds may decrease while others may increase, which would counter act the side effect it brings. To be specific, urban areas actually providing a better and larger habitats for some kinds of birds. Some residents even complain about the boost of population of birds such as pigeons and hawks.

Second, the professor believes that the agriculture activities would not increase the way as passage suggests. She states that there have been less and less destruction of bird habitats due to the increasing productivity. She further indicates that a new highly productive crop have been introduced into agriculture activities, which can surge the productivity per land unit. The outcome of products would meet human needs very well.

Third, even though professor admitted that right now pesticides do harm birds from survival, she believes that would not be a problem in the future. To be specfic, new pesticides have rarely been introduced into agriculture use and the overall usage of pesticides is tends to decline. Moreover, the crops we are planting are resistant to the insects, thus there is no need for further pesticide usage. Consequently the size of birds' population can aviod of damaging.

To sum it up, the professor do not think that birds would be harmed as a result of increasing population and agriculture activities.

Do you a/d: taking part-time job is one of the best way to prepare teenagers to be adults.

It may be one of the most common concern of parents: how to get children well-prepared to be adult. There do have a matitude of ways to achieve such goals. For instance, travelling alone, taking part-time job, or even taking a boarding school. As far as I'm concerned, taking a part-time job would especially beneficial for teenagers. Reasons and Explanations are listed as follows.

First and foremost, teenagers could may money via taking a part-time job. Financial independence is the key criteria to be a adult. Once children can sustain yourself without asking for money from your parents, they solve the most basic problem a grownup make face. My story may give some light to the point. When I was 17 years old and just graduated from high school, my mom sent me to restaurant to be a waiter for a month. To be frank, I was suffered at first I had a hard time in getting up early in morning and I felt like that I lose my freedom. But one month later, when I got salary payment for the first time of my life, I was fulfilled by achievement and happiness. I bought a keyboard for me as a prize of hard working and I bought a watch for my mother, she was so happied and spoke highly of me.

Moreover, taking a part-time job is also a good time for teenagers to build inter-personal skills, which account for one of the useful skills for a adult. After entering the society, It is crucial for one to learn to get along well with others, especially colleagues. If a person fail to getting in harmony with surrounding, he probably could not perform his job well and maybe work time could become hard time for him. According to a survey published on "Science", those people who do not have a sound relation with their colleagues tend be looked down upon, which would adversely affect their working efficiency. Some of those, however, be fired by the boss finally.

Last but not the least, It is also a good experience for children to take a part-time job because they can learn their elementary lesson about sacrifice and dedication. Hardly would those teenagers know that earning money is not as easy as spending money. Through working, teenagers may get a big idea about what is sacrifice and dedication is, then they may be start to appreciate what their parents gave them. They may start to realize the life in the future would not as easily as the life they're enjoying today. For my own experience, I started to understand my parents, for what they sacrificed and dedicated to. I started to be thankful.

All in all, taking a part-time job could greatly beneficial to teenagers and give them a big idea how a real grownup should be.
