你买东西是职责，design sales strategy是职责，achievement比如你卖东西给公司创造多少业绩，reduce了多少卖东西的时间，跟last quarter相比，你的strategy吸引了多少成更多的顾客，peers里面rank多少，etc。。。只是一个建议，你可以尝试写写看
