比较题就是要看清比较对象是谁和谁，
A 数字跟enrollment比较，不对
B equivalent of----短语使用错误
C 数字跟人（those are enrolled）又来比较了
D 数字跟enrollment比较，错误同A
E 省略补全，可根据逻辑含义理解为as many as (the number of young men that )are enrolled in
