东北大学需要WES认证的呀，我在网申系统看到的："You may complete and upload this form in lieu of submitting a scanned copy of your transcript. Please note, even if you submit this form, Northeastern must receive an official, sealed copy of your transcript or, if you went to school outside of the US, a course-by-course translation and evaluation of your transcript (see www.wes.org)."
