A中的是unnecessary dental work ，可是原文中的leg 也没说是否应该cutting off ，如果本来就是就应该截肢的那为什么不该give a surgeon a pecuniary interest（医生手术不应该付费吗？）文中的despair of political humanity又是指什么？
