纠结了半天还是有点怀疑狒狒逻辑题的第一题答案，求牛人详解

这样子答案才会是D啊。。。

突然好像明白了。。。。。。。。。

这道题错误的在于默认了an understanding of DNA is essential to making well-informed personal medical choices or to making good public policy decisions about health care ，把他当成推理的assumption，然而这个条件大家都不能确定是正确的。
问题问的是这个reasoning is questionable是为什么，那么就是没有能告诉大家其实这个条件是正确的。
