[考古] RC《Galaxy 测量》考古 经辨认不是 求炸楼~大家不要来看啦别误导思路~

JJ也说云里雾里…所以只能等确认啦

科学家刚刚发现一堆很dim的galaxy,它们是这样的:所含的star数量同一般的galaxy一样,但是间隔更大,也就是说,with longer distance(有题,问它们的特征是什么。应该选密度小)这让人惊讶。因为以前不知道这些东西的存在,而它们的发现也将修正一些科学数据,解答了很久 以来的疑惑(此处有题,问这些dim galaxy发现的意义)。因为,以前大家都以为只存在明亮的galaxy。而根据这些galaxy能够测算出一些中微子和中子(neuton)的数量。 而根据一个更先进的测量办法,那些中微子什么的应该比通过现存galaxy推算出来的多得多。人们就不知道,这其中为什么会有这么大差别。而dim galaxy的发现解释了为什么。因为dim的星系也是有同样数量的中微子地。

In addition to conventional galaxies, the universe contains very dim galaxies
that untilrecently went unnoticed by astronomers. Possibly as numerous as conventional
galaxies, these galaxies have the same general shape and even the same approximate number
of stars as a common type of conventional galaxy, the spiral, but tend to be much larger. Because
these galaxies' mass is spread out over larger areas, they have far fewer stars per unit volume than
do conventional galaxies. Apparently these low-surface brightness galaxies, as they are called, take much longer than conventional galaxies to condense their
primordial gas and convert it to stars—that is, they evolve much more slowly.


These galaxies may constitute an answer to the long-standing puzzle of the missing baryonic mass in the universe. Baryons—subatomic particles that are generally protons or neutrons—are the source of stellar, and therefore galactic, luminosity, and so their numbers can be estimated based
on how luminous galaxies are. However, the amount of helium in the universe, as measured by spectroscopy,
suggests that there are far more baryons in the universe than estimates based on galactic luminosity indicate.
Astronomers have long speculated that the missing baryonic mass might eventually be discovered in intergalactic
space or as some large population of galaxies that are difficult to detect.
