答案选的是C，为什么E不对啊？因为现在美国solar-power generators is very limited,所以如果能够顺利促进国内的需求的话，那么美国国内生产能力就能保持，很说得通啊。。。为什么不对啊？！！

E有一定正确性，是干扰项。要注意conclusion是关于United States manufacturers的，C很好地释了作为美国的制造商，在美国本土具备优势。E说的是现在美国的市场小，暗示市场有发展空间，那么既然美国制造商可以开发，欧洲制造商也可开发。对比C和E，C更具体，可以说是为the conclusion about the US manufacturers 量身定做的，而E在这方面就有折扣，所以C是most logically completes the argument的。还有一个类似题目共参考：prep08 sc1的150题的B和C选项。
