answer is E , but i got C,  ie 3x/7=1/8-a

i can't copy the question. who can give a hand?

7/3x + a = 8，得7/3x＝8－a，得x＝3/7(8-a),所以3x/7＝3/7 *3/7(8-a)=9/49(8-a).
