fewest injuries per accident不等于车子安全 因为可以是accidents很多 如此一来 分母变大 最后所得的injuries per accident就小 C正确

题目的论点是该车是＂所有车中＂最安全的，但是报告只说它是本级别内最安全的。但是它的这个级别按照c的内容来说是比其他级别更危险的。想夸张一点，最安全的拖拉机级的车绝对没有一般的豪华型轿车安全。
