我猜想这道题ets的意图就是考控制变量。

三个变量，a=b*c,必须要有一个是定量，即有一个不变，才能对比另两个的关系。

其中b就是这个问题。每一个矿的总产量增加并不代表每一个矿工的产量增加。因为有可能是矿工人数增加了。

觉得，BCE的问题是都探讨了原文没探讨的问题，超出了scope.不知道这个分析对不对。

虽然A中没有明示Coal output per miner，但A中归纳出的结论是ABOUT每个矿工产出量的，我也开始选C，就是因为even though，但题目描述中没有说IF NEW MINES OPEN,产量就一定会增加，even though表达的也是一种可能语气，可以理解为如果新矿开工，产量没准还会更大呢。另外，Coal output per miner是由技术决定的不是吗，和新矿开工有联系吗？我也迷惑了。。。

我认为，原文even though no new mines have opened,只是告诉在没有new mines open的情况下per miner的output就double了。由这句话，不能推出new open的mine究竟是增加还是减少per miner output。

d的意思是：如果有任何一个矿工没有增产的话，全部的产量不会增加（要麽不变要麽减少）。——————错。因为假设其中一个矿工减产了或者没有增产，但是别的矿工大大的增产，这样的话也会导致总量不减少。

推断题最重要的还是无关词排除。

到底是指每一个(所有）还是指一个啊？
