Can't agree more.

I believe that C is correct because of the last sentence "Coal ouput per miner in Tibnia is double what it was five years ago, even though no new mines have opened."

What does "even though" try to emphasize here? It means that the increase would have been even greater if new mines opened, the idea that C states.

我也错选了C,但问题中提到about coal output per miner in the passage, 
        并不一定要选项里也有OUTPUT PER MINER, 况且C中的ANY太绝对,因为还有可能有MINE 关闭的可能啊. A比较合理是建立在一个纯粹理论的条件下的,考虑了一下还是觉得A对.

b不对 总产量=每个工人的单位产量*工人数 有可能工人人数变少呢

d的意思是：如果有任何一个矿工没有增产的话，全部的产量不会增加（要麽不变要麽减少）。——————错。因为假设其中一个矿工减产了或者没有增产，但是别的矿工大大的增产，这样的话也会导致总量不减少。

 

 

推断题最重要的还是无关词排除。
