I think you have adequate time to prepare the exam as well as the application even in part-time and even in Big 4, given that you can only apply 2006. If you can spare 25 hours per week (quite reasonal, two hours per working day and some 15 hours per weekend), you will have 1000+ hour for the preparation. That's huge. Actually, I even envy you that you got to know CD so early...
