錄取通知單上一個學費的問題？？

最近收到一家學校的錄取通知，但是其中有一封信內容不太了解，問問看大家有遇過嗎？

信的內容大概是這樣：

Congratulations！I am pleased to inform you that, subject to Graduate Division approval, The Graduate School of Management has awarded you a 100% Professional School Fee Fellowship Award in the amount of $4750 to be dispersed by the academic financial aid module Spring Quarter 2005.

Our decision was based on the strength of your academic background and your potential for success in our MBA program. As you may know, graduate students in the University of California system enrolled in the schools of Business, Medicine, Law or Dentistry are assessed a Professional School Fee in addition to the University's regular educational fees and non-resident tuition. This $4570 Fellowship will cover the Professional School Fee for your first quarter in our MBA program.

這封信是說除了正常的tuition外，還要交一個professional school fee $4750嗎？有這種規定嗎？

然後第一季的professional school fee 全額補助，之後每一季都要自己繳了，是嗎？
