Gosh, it sounds like you have already...done everything we have recommended. : ) Your TOEFL is just fine--we have clients ever year who score this way on their TOEFL, and even if the school has a "requirement" of 106...they will often make exceptions. So dont worry if your score is a bit below their requirements, below their averages, etc. Your PE experience WILL INDEED help--but reapplications are always very, very difficult. In fact, I am doing a presentation on reapps tomorrow if you can track it down (I am presenting it for free, here online, in China.)
