楼主你再认真看看A，它说的是因为卫生条件造成的死亡在一年多年前比车祸造成的死亡意义上更深远，然后又补充说明，现在很多人因为车祸死掉，但是这跟题目并无直接关系。现在很多人因为车祸死掉，这并不能说明这个城市为啥人口上不去。

楼主你可以这么理解，这个城市里面死亡原因排行第一的是因为车祸，但是这个跟人口增长没有直接关系。用下common sense也可以理解，要是这个城市人口上不去是因为车祸……那也太可怕了吧。
