另外 请教must be true是不是也是infer题 因为infer/ must be true都是要求required condition

我觉得can be true是be true in at least one condition或has the possibility to be true的意思，只需要考虑可能成立与否，不需要考虑不成立的情况。

C选项在这里不能算完全无关吧。原文没有提到这个比较但也没有与这个比较相反的内容，所以这个比较是可能成立的。

偶觉得这种题跟infer题还是有点区别的。infer题的选项必然是从原文推出的内容，同时必然不是原文内容的重复。这种can be true或cannot be true题不一定完全是从原文推出的，只要不跟原文矛盾就可以。
