Hello my friend. If you can get that 700 on your GMAT or better, you can apply to a top 30 school. If you fall short of that score, you will likely want to consider a top-50 program. And remember, once you look into top-50 programs, the most important thing will be to find a school where you fit in, and that suits your GEOGRAPHICAL needs best. After all, the 48th ranked school and the 44th ranked school are not so different in reputation--but if one is in NYC and one is in Iowa, and you want to live on the east coast when you graduate, the one in NY would be a better fit for you.
