Hi-Tech公司有leadership program么？

去Hi-Tech的一般除了做Product Management，Corp Finance的，还有做什么的？

你问的是什么类的hi-tech? leadership program,你是说类似管理培训生那种么？如果是的话，在软件业，不多，在互联网基本很少有。这种program在hi-tech不太适合，知识更新速度太快。

另外，招MBA做product management的hi-tech公司好像比较少见。corp finance好像也不多。我几个朋友是这几年从wharton和stanford回来的，基本都是做strategy和business unit的偏多。

They want people w/ both MBA and technical background for PM. Strategy & biz dev generally don't require tech background, and they are more interesting and have more visibility to upper management. I meant, in US ...
In China, pay for PM sucks.

我一直觉得所谓的leadership program是为了刚出校园的Kids们准备的。作为读完MBA，已经对职业人生有了清晰定位的而立之年，那玩意实在有点自欺欺人

还是有帮助的。exposure level对于成功的重要性不言而喻。
即使你有清晰的定位，也不是一毕业就给你个director当的。

我感觉都有吧。你只要上你想去的公司的招聘页看看，一般大公司都有的。

最近几年逐渐开始有了，比如Amazon，Microsoft，Intel，JD都有回国的MBA领导力项目。

Can't agree any more. Esp in the internet corporation such as Google, linkedin and so on.
MBA position they needed all in the corporate finance and strategy, including some investment roles.
And in my mind, PMs without MBA also can do it better, this position cannot embody the advantage of education of Top MBA.
But in the Hi-tech like Intel u will find the suitable position for MBA, but the semiconductor field is not as fantastic as internet as u know.
