不过我不明白A为什么不对。如果来回总有人那不是会打扰到别人吗，这样A不就会降低productivity 了吗？。好纠结  。答案解释是说A working without interruption would be likely to mean improved productivity.

我觉得，问题问的是“would be more likely to decrease"，虽然填入A也有可能达到目的(正如OG的解释working without interruption would be likely to mean improved productivity。同时，would be not likely to improve productivity；因为员工上班时间的不一致并不一定会导致interruption)。但是employee上班时间不一致必定会造成D里的描述得不到实现，所以D是更加合适的选项，the more likely one.
