Well... I chose B first as well. But if you think about it, the statement only provides consumption growth rates for fish and poultry during 1980s; what if I tell you the consumption growth rate for fish was 1% in 70s (vs. 4.5% during the 80s) and for poultry was 10% in 70s (vs. 9% in the 80s). Then obviously fish is the new immigrants' main dietary.
