Last year all refuse collected by Shelbyville city service was incinerated. This incineration generated a large quantity of residue ash. LZ,仔细看看的话E是无关的哦。减少焚烧的垃圾。。。减少产生的气体，这个是题目的逻辑。但是E说的是垃圾的总量不会增加，这一点其实题目中的seperate enough refuse 已经提到了。
