CR题要多多锻炼提取能力。就这题举例，看完题干，第一时间在脑中提取题干。
P：S caused allergic，some wine maker don‘t add S as preservation ----------------》C：Drinker choose these wines won’t have allergic reaction to S
这题问的是assumption。找到GAP，P与C之间有什么断层吗？有的，S物质是不是仅仅作为preservation存在于酒中？即S物质是否存在于酒本身中？
所以E，对。
同样ASSUMPTION可以用negate方法来判断。
否定E选项：Sulfites are naturally present in the wines produced by these wine
makers in amounts large enough to produce an allergic reaction in someone
who drinks these wines.
很明显的，NEGATE版本的E选项说：S物质本身大量存在于该种酒之中，含量足以引起过敏反应。
这时候因为negate的选项直接导致题干中的逻辑推理崩溃，所以E选项是对的

问的是这个“these wine makers without risking an allergic reaction to sulfites.”注意仔细看conclusion
结论中的是sulfites引起的过敏反应。而D中给出的是没有其他的（除了S物质之外的）过敏原。。。
所以D是无关选项。

题目的意思是 P：sulfites导致一些人过敏； C： 调酒师不放，那些人就不过敏了。 还差一个前提， 那就是即使调酒师不放，酒也自然产生sulfites. 这种情况得排出。 我一开始也选了D，但题目中并没提到其它物质

我也是选了D，看了一定要切记把选项全读完啊，比对一下才发现D原来是无关。

这题用新东方老师教的取反法就可以。把否定选项变成肯定放在题目中，如果仍然能使题目结论成立的话，就选它，不能就不选它。B项取反就是“所有种类的亚硫酸盐有同样的可能性产生过敏”，文章结论“那些对亚硫酸盐过敏的人喝了这个不添加亚硫酸盐的酒之后没什么过敏反应”。发现b项取反后和结论没有必然联系。所以错。这是我的理解。
