Have you found we could get asleep quickly if we read our favorite books? Have you ever discovery watching a comedy movie can help us get rid of bad moods? Have you even feel exhausted and exciting after doing some fierce games, such as a soccer game? If so, you might stand on my point that the better way to relax is watching a movie or reading a book full of imagination rather than doing physical exercise.

From the perspective of my own experience, I tend to reading Harry Potter, an English version book, before I go to bed because I am a sort of introverted girl. On one hand, reading books are my habit, on the other hand, it is fit for my personality- quiet, hating competition and also disliking the smell of sweat.In the book, there are full of sophisticated plots and full of imagination. Also, I can experience the actor-little harry potter- life, which I have(would?) not suffer this forever and ever, such as attacking the evil by magic. All of these give me a sense of relaxation. Thus, reading book is one way to relax myself.

Watching movies also give us another way to relax ourselves. I am always overwhelmed by my study stuff, like preparing the presentation every Monday or biology homework every day. Thus, I like to find a way which can not only let me feel relaxed, but also allow me to attain some information and knowledge. Obviously, watching movie is this kind of thing. During the movie, I can see the beautiful scenery, know a romantic love story or even could imitate the way they speak properly. So I can kill the bird(kill two birds?) with one stone and take advantage of my time.

Even though doing some exercise, like jogging or walking, can improve my speed, strength and flexibility, the feeling of exhausted and the smell of swear always make me frustrated. I would spend more time on recovering my energy and emotion. This is needless to say it could relax myself.

Personally speaking, even though maybe everyone has its own dictionaries of relaxing ways, I,(after carefully) considering both the positive and negative about movies, books and physical exercise, still think reading books and watching movies are the fittest way for me about(这个可以用to么？) relaxation in terms of personal experiences and personalities.

Have you ever noticed that more and more companies tend to invest money to joint ventures? Have you ever found the relationship between the universities and companies are getting together closely? Have you ever heart an increasing number of employees are beginning to consider jump-hop to other companies which might have higher salaries or have more chances to promote? If so, you might deeply stand on my side that it is not a wise investment for a company to devote money on training their employees.

Training workers are not a wise investment for a company. Nowadays, it is well acknowledged that when companies could not give their workers what they want or meet their satisfactions, like promotion, they will leave the companies as quickly as possible without hesitating. A complete company consists of capital, labor force and the modern facilities such as fax machines, printing presses and computers. Obviously, improving the other aspects, for instance, the manger could choose a nicer working condition for their employees or contribute money on promoting the companies’ stocks, is totally wise decision. Thus, training their employees will make companies loss more money if their workers choose other companies rather the original companies.

Aside from the forgoing proviso, devoting money to undergraduate students seems a popular investment in the modern society. For students, it is essentially to have some working and training experiences during their campus lives. On one hand, the companies can store more labor forces for the future development. On the other hand, students might have more chance to practice themselves which can put them in the favorable position in the upcoming competitions. Killing two birds with one stone! This investment strategy also meets the ideals of most companies: less investments, more profits. Therefore, both companies and students will get benefits from this policy.

Admittedly, if other factor, like labor force, are ignored accidently and deliberately, it could not a sound analysis that can stand up to a close scrutiny. Apparently, manpower is one of the important section in one company. Without employees, how the works or the projects could go well? How the new and modern electric products come out into the beginning in a short time? However, this consideration would not make me deliver the vital point of my address without sufficient punch.

Personally speaking, even though different people have different dictionaries of their own, I, considering the positive and negative of this issue, I still think labor force is not an important investment for a company in terms of benefits the companies receive and advantages all the whole society enjoy.

It is a common fact and an indisputable phenomenon that people should take everything into consideration before taking actions. There are some reasons of this phenomenon. It is due to better clear mind people adopt, worse results people avoid, and safer outcome people receive. In my point of view, I definitely agree that it is essential to represent more patience when we take actions.

To begin with, one of advantages of enduring is beneficial to individuals. It is well acknowledged we should keep clear minds, especially facing some emergences or troubles, when we do something else. Take me for example, when I was an elementary school’s student, once our teacher taught us how to use multiplication table to calculate numbers and gave us some assignments related with this knowledge point. However, when I did this homework at home, I found I nearly forget how to calculate number of 5 multiply 6. At the beginning, I wanted to ask my mom to help me figure out this math problem. But I put up with that. Instead, I recited this table again and again, even notice a little knack how to recite it as quickly as possible, although it costs me five hours. Finally, I got an A in this assignment. Thus, patience is more helpful when we do actions.

From the perspective of the whole society, patience is also needed. Patience could not only beneficial to each person, but also do well to nearly all the countries in the world. The invention of nuclear weapon, a causing bad outcome scientific research, is a good example to demonstrate this point. Even though the nuclear weapon could greatly improve the efficient of electronic power, without thinking about the bad aspect of nuclear weapon, people put this power out into the society and military area which may pollute air condition or threaten human’s lives. If the scientists show more patient when they research this power, maybe some bad influences will be avoid. Thus, patience also takes effect on the whole society.

Admittedly, sometimes, on no account can we realize taking action without thinking is also necessary because the opportunities are flying away as quickly as possible. If we could not grasp this chance, maybe we would spend more time on solving this problem. For instance, when I did my homework about multiplication table after I totally understood this process, the time of finishing homework would greatly shorten. Thus, taking action right now probably is good for us.

Personally speaking, even though maybe it is true people have different dictionaries of their own, I still think, under the most circumstance, taking action later is a wise choice in terms of different individuals and the whole world.

Conversely, the professor argues there has other evidence to explain the position of these legs. Obviously, besides the explanation of running, the usage of legs underneath the body is to support its weight because its huge size, which is another part rejects the reading passage.

Furthermore, the reading material claims Haversian canals allow dinosaurs to grow quickly. The professor contends dinosaurs really have Haverisan canals, special bone structure. It is a common fact and an indisputable phenomenon that an increasing number of students would like to hire a professional tutor to help them. It is due to difficulty courses students receive, many assignments students should finish, and the resourceful tutors have. However, in my point of view, I still I could help my classmate better than a tutor.

To begin with, sometimes, asking a tutor for help is not convenient. As we all know, the responsibilities of tutors could not only help students figure out academic problems they meet off class, but also prepare the other knowledge or information which will explain and interpret in class. So, maybe they have less time to induct us as the mentors. Conversely, I have an abundant of free time. My classmate could ask me at any time because I do not have so- called “office hour”. For example, if my roommate has a question about the periodical table in chemistry, she could ask me when she gets up early at morning in weekend. Thus, no one could deny how convenient it is!

In addition, I know my friend better, comparing with the tutors. Suppose, in a large- scale lecture hall, there are nearly one hundred students in the classroom. Could the tutors call out the name of each student? Obviously, it is impossible. On no account can they really know the character or the personality of a student. If they could not know much about a student, tutors could not help students in a proper way. However, it will be different when I face this problem. Every day, I spend much time on communicating with my classmates. I could know most of them about their study habits.
