普渡哥

圣经是世界上发行量最大的一本书，也是近代欧美文化的起源。对于一个准备出国的人，或者喜欢读书的人，读一读真的有好处。很多很有用的道理，能帮助我们更好地生活。
从今天起，普渡哥陪大家一起来读圣经，希望大家跟帖发表意见。
圣经人物和故事在欧美家喻户晓，所以这些都可以是写作文很好的题材。
那我们就从今天开始吧，美国的6月1号。


我们的顺序是先从新约第一卷开始读，走完新约再来旧约，欢迎大家踊跃讨论和发文。


Matthew Chapter 1


¹ The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.
² Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat Judas and his brethren;
³ And Judas begat Phares and Zara of Thamar; and Phares begat Esrom; and Esrom begat Aram;
⁴ And Aram begat Aminadab; and Aminadab begat Naasson; and Naasson begat Salmon;
⁵ And Salmon begat Booz of Rachab; and Booz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse;
⁶ And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias;
⁷ And Solomon begat Roboam; and Roboam begat Abia; and Abia begat Asa;
⁸ And Asa begat Josaphat; and Josaphat begat Joram; and Joram begat Ozias;
⁹ And Ozias begat Joatham; and Joatham begat Achaz; and Achaz begat Ezekias;
¹⁰ And Ezekias begat Manasses; and Manasses begat Amon; and Amon begat Josias;
¹¹ And Josias begat Jechonias and his brethren, about the time they were carried away to Babylon:
¹² And after they were brought to Babylon, Jechonias begat Salathiel; and Salathiel begat Zorobabel;
¹³ And Zorobabel begat Abiud; and Abiud begat Eliakim; and Eliakim begat Azor;
¹⁴ And Azor begat Sadoc; and Sadoc begat Achim; and Achim begat Eliud;
¹⁵ And Eliud begat Eleazar; and Eleazar begat Matthan; and Matthan begat Jacob;
¹⁶ And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
¹⁷ So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon arefourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.
¹⁸ Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
¹⁹ Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.
²⁰ But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
²¹ And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
²² Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
²³ Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
²⁴ Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
²⁵ And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

普渡哥解读：

这卷书是圣经新约的第一卷书，中文名叫马太福音。Matthew简写Matt，在美国是特别常用的名字。这本书的作者据说是马太，是耶稣的十二使徒之一。这本书记录了一个门徒眼镜里的耶稣，把耶稣生前的故事记录下来，成为基督教和文学史上的瑰宝。

这段开始介绍了耶稣的家谱，这里突出两个人，Abraham 和David。为什么要突出这两个人呢？在犹太人历史上，前者是他们的始祖，后者是他们历史上最成功的王。从家谱里看出耶稣是David的后代，这里的意思很难说清，你要读了旧约才能完全理解。不用急，跟着普渡哥慢慢来：）

后来就讲到耶稣的父母，耶稣的诞生是个奇迹，就是童女怀孕。但是他父亲也不相信，别说你们会质疑。所以他父亲就想跟他母亲取消婚约。可是这时候天使在夜里显现，他看到天使，才相信耶稣真的是从上帝而来的。

后来他们结婚生了耶稣。耶稣的诞生在旧约圣经里有预言，耶稣的名字都是旧约里预言的。


在这里提到的名字都是美国常用的名字，除了Jesus。美国是不允许有人叫Jesus的，表示对耶稣的尊敬。

普渡哥这事做的太给力了  多说说美国人对圣经的感觉  写的太少了啊。。。多写点。。。
我以前看旧约出埃及记看完就受不了了。。。中文的看着没感觉，英文的看着又太慢。。。是不是应该先从新约开始看呢？

这只是第一天。是啊建议从新约看，有了新约基础看旧约，比看武侠过瘾多了。圣经真是万书之王。
