You need to pay 1st year fall term tuition (around $ 18,000) in August using your personal saving.  

Then you can borrow a maximum of $55,000 loan during the two years at SOM to pay for other tuitions and fees.

I can not give you a lot of details about healthcare management at Yale as I am not on the track.  We do have quite a few MDs in our program, and the healthcare and biotech Student Interest Groups are active.

Pretty good.  New Haven is much safer than people think. After all, Yale has been here for over 100 years.

Yale is famous for its healthcare program as a whole.  Yale SOMhas many joint degree students, with clinic or public healthbackground.  You will find many alumni in those areas.  Theschool offers several adv. healthcare mgmt courses and you can alsotake some interesting classes about healthcare at the law school.

I got an email from Yale yesterday in which they invited me to interview in New Haven. However, I am located in the bay area of California, isn't it a little too far for me to fly across the state? I supposed they will give me a local interview. Do you think admission officers have special concern about me and want to meet me in person? If so, I have to go.

They mentioned in the last paragraph that if I cannot make the oncampus interview, they would try to arrange a local one. I am hesitated to do so cuz I worry this will impair my chance to get in.
