[梦之队日记] 20天后重新发射,余心之所善兮,虽九死其犹未悔

刚才硬着头皮刷完三篇RC,其中有一篇巨长,就是那篇通过测氧气的那啥元素比率来判断是不是ice age的那篇。
那篇文章长度相当于别的两篇加起来,极度桑不起,耗了我18分钟。。不过选项到时没什么问题的,但是我对第三篇文章不是很理解,就是那篇两本书用对比的方式来描写美国的历史的那篇。其中有一段话:
She concludes that while women gained autonomy in some areas, especially in the private sphere, they lost it in many aspects of the economic sphere. More importantly she shows that the debate itself depends on frame of reference: in many respects, women lost power in relation to men, for example, as certain jobs (delivering babies, supervising schools) were taken over by men.
对应的题目是:
77. The author of the passage mentions the supervision of schools primarily in order to author implicitly supports Lebsock’s contention that different frames of reference can produce different perspectives on the debate about women’s status. the author refers to supervising as an example of a job that apparently showed women losing power.
(A)    remind readers of the role education played in the cultural changes of the nineteenth century in the United States。ND
(B)    suggest an area in which nineteenth-century American women were relatively free to exercise power。XF,Supervising school不是妇女们exercise power的地方,而是相对丧失了power的地方。

这题就完美的说明了每篇RC在文章都是可以找到答案的,看你怎么定位
she shows that the debate itself depends on frame of reference(这里可以注意下冒号的使用,冒号后面的东西就是解释这句话
illustrate how the answers to questions about women’s status depend on particular contexts
一般GMAT的RC题,这种定位是不难的,难度的体现就是改写幅度的大小,你再把那一小部分读一读,看看懂了没有
这篇文章的结构很清晰很容易理解
